This machine is used for slitting and rewinding various large rolling materials such as paper,(20g/m2-120g/m2) cellophane paper, bill paper, double-face adhesive tape, PVC,OPP, PET, weave material, nowoven of cloth, etc.。
1.This machine use PLC control,magnetic powder auto tension control,and also with central winding style.
2.Two motor use frequency converter for timing,it has the functions of automatic metering,automatic alarm,etc.
3.Adopt A and B pneumatic shaft structure for rewinding.
4.It adopts photoelectric automatic error correction adjustment system for unwinding,anomalistic materials will be easy slit.
5.Equipped with automatic waste film blowing device.(vertical knife structure). Material loading for unwinding with taper cover style pneumatic shaft.
